About Us

Reclaimed Accents is a family owned business. Our office is near Jefferson, Oregon and the majority of our lumber and other materials are located at Sheridan, Oregon.
We have been deconstructing buildings for over 20 years and have been collecting materials for over 30 years. We have acquired a large variety of materials including many different dimensions of lumber and items made of metal. We have deconstructed many different kinds of buildings from smaller barns, houses, warehouses, whiskey rack houses, train depot, to whole mill sites.
Many of the projects were located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California and Illinois. Some were hand hewn, mortised and tenoned together, rough sawn and others were planed all four sides. During the deconstruction process we gathered many different items like nuts, bolts, brackets, pipe, hangers, sliding barn doors, swinging doors, windows, conveyor chain and many other items that can be used as accents. The majority of our products we can tell you where they came from and how they were used. We also have pictures of some of the projects. Click below to see our gallery.
We offer the lumber in the rustic rough petina or we can process it by resawing, brushing, and molding into flooring, wainscoting or siding. In the deconstruction process we take care to reclaim as much material as possible. Sometimes it takes extra time and labor, which adds to the expense of reclaiming it, but saves the material from having to be disposed of in a landfill. We have machinery to help with the deconstruction, but much of the work is done with wrenches, hammers and bars with manual labor.
